 Do you ship orders outside the United Kingdom?

Absolutely, We ships to worldwide, Other countries' shipping cost should be calculated. Shipping costs depend on the number of items and the weight of your order, as well as the shipping method shipping method chosen. The prices displayed on product information pages do not include shipping costs.


My shipment was damaged. What do I do?

Report damaged items immediately. Always inspect your package for damage when it is received. Damage claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.


When the shipping company attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable for delivery or the customer refuses to accept delivery, then the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Charge backs and refunds are not valid under these conditions. will do everything possible to assure accurate and convenient delivery of your order. BUT it is the customer’s responsibility to be available to accept a delivery. will work with the customer and shipper to assure that delivery is made at a time convenient to the customer but under NO circumstances is responsible for delivery or non-delivery of an item. Item(s) must be returned in brand new and saleable condition in order for a refund to be given.


How do I make a return?

We offer a 20 days return on all unused products in original condition.  All items must include a receipt, be in original packaging, and be deemed salable for a refund to be given. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  A 20% restocking/shipping fee will be charged for all returned merchandise.

To request a return email us at [email protected] with your order number and description of the item(s) being returned. We will respond to your email with return instructions and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number that must be included with your returned items.

IMPORTANT: Items that arrive broken and cannot be inspected for defects will not be eligible for replacement.
